Shelton Woolright is a NZ born, Auckland based creative. 

He became interested in Photography during his teenage years and majored in Photography whilst studying Design at Unitec. Whether in black and white or colour, Woolright's diverse creative compositions touch on urban life and popular culture, in diverse genres, not only through his camera lens but also street art, tattooing and music. 

His inspirations are sought additionally whilst touring internationally as the drummer for the alternative rock outfits 'I Am Giant' & 'Blindspott' and more recently his new alter ego 'Deadbeat'.  He may also be recognised from his role as a judge on the new Zealand version of the international television franchise, 'X-Factor'. Woolright has exhibited photography in Paris, Switzerland, New Zealand & Singapore.
